Each apartment’s share — and why
EGP 6,000.00

Add my MabnaHow are building expenses divided?
Choose equal shares, ownership percentage, or meter consumption, then apply your association’s agreed adjustments. The examples above are editable assumptions.
Start with a basis
Equal allocation gives each participating apartment the same weight. Ownership percentage allocates proportionally. A vacant-apartment multiplier changes its weight before the total is distributed.
Apply rules to matching apartments
Combine conditions for floor, occupancy, type, or tags. Exclude matching apartments, multiply their weight, or assign a fixed amount or percentage. Rule priorities control the order; exclusions and fixed contributions stop further rules for that apartment.
Review every share before posting
The preview explains matched rules and reconciles all shares to the expense. Metered apartments receive their consumption-based share; apartments without readings split the remainder. In your workspace, previewing remains separate from creating charges.
