Terms and conditions
Last updated: September 25, 2026
By creating an account or using Mabna you agree to these terms. If you use Mabna on behalf of an association, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
Mabna is software that helps owners associations manage finances, meetings, votes, decisions, maintenance and documents. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Trial and plans
New associations start with a free trial that includes every module. Mabna is then offered on three plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium), each billed monthly per unit, with current prices published on our website. When the trial ends, or if an invoice stays unpaid after its grace period, access to the association's workspace is limited until payment is received; billing information stays available. A price change applies from the next invoice, never to one already issued. Moving to a higher plan applies immediately, and the price difference for the rest of a paid month is billed. Moving to a lower plan takes effect when the paid month ends; it then hides the modules the lower plan does not include but does not delete their data, which becomes available again on a plan that includes them. We may offer an association a complimentary or custom-priced plan by agreement.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other associations' data, no disruption of the service, and no uploading of malware. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Association data
The association owns the records it enters. It is responsible for having the right to store owners' personal information in Mabna and for the decisions it takes using the service. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
6. Financial records
Mabna records charges, payments and expenses that administrators enter or approve. It is a record-keeping tool and does not provide accounting, legal or tax advice, and does not itself move money between parties.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but provide it as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
8. Termination
You may stop using Mabna at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for non-payment after notice. On request, we will help you export your data first where possible.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
